Supporting your staff’s sleep to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.

These sleep issues will impact their mood, their ability to concentrate and may lead to mistakes being made at work. In fact, sleep issues are so prevalent that it is estimated 200,000 working days are lost in the UK every year because of insufficient sleep.

When employees sleep well, performance and concentration is improved, stress levels decrease and there is reduced absenteeism and presenteeism.

Our corporate learning packages are aimed at supporting your wellbeing strategies: educating and training staff groups on all aspects of sleep and how it impacts on their physical and mental health.

We can offer both online webinars and face to face workshops.

Webinars:

Lunch and Learn: An interesting and engaging overview to help staff teams understand why we sleep, the importance of sleep to health and wellbeing and practical strategies. Include time for Q&A.

Bespoke: Our bespoke webinars are tailored to your specific requirements and can be designed to be more interactive. We would work with you to discuss your organisation’s key wellbeing priorities.

All webinars are to be held through your own appropriate platform eg. Zoom, Teams etc and while there is no limit to how many participants attend, we do advise a maximum of 50.

Face to Face Workshops:

Lunch and Learn Seminar

A general sleep seminar, with follow up resources, to help your team to learn the value of sleep, what causes poor sleep and relevant strategies to improve their sleep habits to improve health and wellbeing. We can cater for up to 30 delegates, but please get in touch if you have specific requirements.

Bespoke Group Workshop  

We offer a host of bespoke interactive workshops to help improve the sleep of your workplace. This can include a focus on menopause, stress, shift work, jet lag or mental health. We can cater for up to 30 delegates, but please get in touch if you have specific requirements.
